Doron Malka is the co-founder of ICON Corporate
Training. He has been involved in the field of sales for over
16 years and has extensive experience selling tangible as
well as intangible products to both retail and wholesale/institutional
clients.
Doron’s passion for selling led him into developing
a unique and very effective selling program
which our company has adopted.
Doron works closely with the company’s leaders and
his trainees. He strongly believes in an individual
approach and hands-on, practical applications of
all the skills that he teaches and demonstrates during his
seminars. He is most interested in producing the desired
results and has an innate talent to lead, motivate,
and involve the people he is training in reaching their personal
goals as well as the overall goals of the
company.
Because of Doron’s extensive sales experience, he is
able to not only talk about selling but also demonstrate
various selling skills. His favorite place to train is right
at the work place where the trainees deal with real, day-to-day
operations. This helps the participants to immediately apply
the new skills and have their trainer at their desk
to assist them if needed.
Doron has successfully worked with and trained people of
many different nationalities and in different countries. He
is fluent in English, French, Hebrew, Spanish
and has a working knowledge of Russian. He
has been married for 10 years and has two children.
Doron’s enthusiasm and passion for what he does is
contagious. In the years that he has trained, he has produced
amazing results.
